Pani Puri is a very common name for this snack, however it is also known as Gol Gappe (North India, Delhi), Puchka (East India), Paani Ke Patashe (Haryana), Fulk (Madhya Pradesh), Gup Chup (Odisha), Pakodi (Gujarat) etc. How to prepare:
- Heat the oil approx. 170 - 180°C.
- Put the pellets inside the frying pan.
- Fry in the oil for approx. 30-35 sec.
- Stir continuously.
- Fry until golden brown.
